Country music performers Richie McDonald, and Joe Nichols perform at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 15 at the Tri-Lakes Center, 2527 Missouri 248, Branson, to raise funds for Children's Miracle Network.
Fans may take pictures during the concert and meet the stars for autographs after the show. Tickets are $35-50. For more information, go online to www.upcloseconcerts.com.

This travel log actually begins on May 2nd in Newark, New Jersey. The SFTB made some good friends when Richie sang the national anthem during the opening weekend festivities at the Bears & Eagles Stadium for the Salute to the Military Families night.

Postcard from Florida
First stop – beautiful Tampa Bay – home of the Bucs! Richie surprised our good friend Mike and his morning crew at WQYK – thanks to Mike C. and crew for making the SFTB feel welcome in Tampa!
What would Florida be without a trip to the beach – check out the SFTB on the beach flirting with the Florida beach bunnies! He also had time to go shopping for his new car – and as always there is always time for photos!
Next stop – Naples and the morning show at WIRK! Richie went in and wowed the morning crew at WIRK and also had a blast with their listeners at the WIRK concert at the Rum Bar!
After a great show – it was on to Jacksonville and Orlando for our furry friend!

Richie McDonald tops bill at 'Country Cares for Cops' concert

Country music soloist Richie McDonald, will perform Monday night for Y108's "Country Cares for Cops" concert at Robert Morris University. The concert, which begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Moon campus' Charles L. Sewall Center, will raise money for the Fallen Heroes Fund, which benefits the families of the three Pittsburgh police officers slain on April 4.
McDonald, who began a solo career in 2007 after 15 years with the multiplatinum Lonestar, will be joined by fellow country acts Jimmy Wayne, NOMaD and Sarah Marince. Tickets are $10. Details: 888-718-4253.
